About the Role

We're looking for an engaging individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist (Telematics). In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct customer support within the Telematics Client Success team. This role will also support other Element client facing roles to ensure the Telematics solution is delivered to meet or exceed client expectations. The key focus will be to establish professional working relationships with Telematics clients to engage as a trusted advisor, business manager, and thought leader for implementing the Telematics solution.

What You'll Do

* Offer Subject Matter Expertise and Operational Support:

o Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in all telematics vendor products, departmental systems, and industry knowledge

o Provide ongoing support to both internal and external clients while collaborating with Telematics Operations Specialists to track projects, installations, and warranty support activities

o Create and maintain vendor platforms to meet or exceed client expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

o Engage with clients and internal Element teams to build and maintain client policies as well as proactively review client programs and act to ensure expectations are being met or exceeded

* Client Engagement Support and Case Management:

o Support telematics Engagement Managers in managing key client relationships and assist with escalations, reporting, and other client engagement needs

o Manage and resolve assigned Service Cloud cases within expected time commitments while ensuring quality and accuracy in client support interactions

* Communication and Client Engagement:

o Contribute to the ongoing creation and enhancement of Telematics Operations and Client documentation

* Documentation and Policy Tracking:

o Document, manage, and track client policies, activities, and meetings

Basic Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

* 3 - 5 years client support experience

* Excellent communication skills

* Demonstrate superior organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, and meet deadlines

* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

* Demonstrates financial acumen and analytical capability

Preferred Qualifications

* College/University degree preferred

* Experience in Claim Operations and Client Services

* Experience with database tools

* Project Management certifications or comparable credentials

* Experience with telematics platforms, Service Cloud, or SaaS solutions

Location: Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600 to $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
