Are you ready to coordinate and facilitate scheduled network maintenance to minimize risks and exposure to the Spectrum network and its revenue customers as a Change Control Analyst I? In this role, you will work with field technicians, operations, and engineering to assess impacts and gather details for communication across departments. Additionally, you will assist in preparing detailed status reports for maintenance tickets and analyze trending data to drive performance improvement. How You'll Make an Impact
