Facilities Coordinator-JLL

What this job involves

The Facilities Coordinator provides direct support to the JLL IFM Facilities Operations management team within a prestigious Life Science high-end account in the central Mid-West region. This role encompasses comprehensive facility operations support including visitor and contractor management, team member onboarding, financial coordination, operations management, and project coordination in a controlled environment.

What your day-to-day will look like

Accounting and Finance:

  • Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting for monthly/quarterly/annual client deliverables
  • Communicate departmental emergency purchase requests
  • Research/analyze budget variances
  • Support facility-specific cost savings targets and account savings goals
  • Support JLL Management, Operations and Financial audit requests
  • Issue purchase orders to maintenance, vendors and service providers

Integrated Facilities:

  • Provide facility-specific assistance to project management team
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and achieve favorable KPI scores
  • Coordinate vendor procurement with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate events, meetings and conference facilities
  • Update and maintain accurate site records and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work on-site daily with limited remote work options
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to multitask without direct supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel with strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative working style
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic and flexible approach
  • Ability to work independently and effectively handle stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ISNetworld compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in various information technology tools and platforms
  • Experience ensuring compliance with audit standards

Location: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-330pm

Compensation: $26-28/hr.
