Mechanical Engineer Level III

We need an engineering resource with mechanical engineering experience, as well as general experience in building systems/equipment, fire protection, and utilities.

Description:

Develop functional requirements documents (FRDs) and/or Project Requirements Specifications (PRS) for building, utility, equipment and infrastructure projects including project/task breakdowns, identification of functional and non-functional requirements and developing conceptual visualizations and illustrations of the layouts, site plans, and other perspective views. FRD/PRS development includes working with integrated projects teams (IPT's) and stakeholders to capture their input, research, use of existing templates and previous projects, performing FRD/PRS reviews and comments resolution, and finalize the document.

Education and Experience:

Engineer III - BS w/10 years of experience

Engineer IV - BS w/15 years of experience

PE Certification will substitute for 4 years of experience

An advanced degree will substitute for 3 years of experience.

Local is preferred. Remote possible with monthly trip to the site in N. Las Vegas in accordance to the travel policy.
