Sales Support Analyst

We have an opportunity for aSales Support Specialist to join ourRevenue Operations team inTacoma, WA. In this role, you'll support the Sales organization by managing the quoting and opportunity lifecycle - from quote creation to deal closure. You'll work closely with Sales, Channel Operations, Order Management, and other teams to resolve issues, validate quotes, and ensure deals move forward smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who's detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment. If you enjoy solving operational challenges and want to make a direct impact on sales productivity and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Guide Sales through the opportunity lifecycle from creation to closure
  • Act as a quoting SME, validating quotes using Salesforce CPQ tools, ensuring alignment with pricing and discounting policies
  • Match quotes and opportunities with received POs, resolve discrepancies, and reduce time-to-book
  • Collaborate with Renewal Ops, Channel Ops, Order Management, and other teams to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth deal processing
  • Identify and implement improvements in quoting and sales processes to drive scalability and efficiency
  • Track and report KPIs related to quote generation, validation, and team performance
  • Provide live training and support to Sales teams on quoting tools and processes, becoming a trusted partner in their success
  • Validate and create Hyperscaler offers


Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 2-3+ years in a Sales Support or Revenue Operations role, preferably in SaaS
  • Passionate about enabling Sales and improving customer experience. Skilled at working across departments
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity working with Help Desk ticketing software
  • Meticulous with data, quotes, and documentation
  • Able to analyze complex issues and drive resolution efficiently
  • Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


Be Successful - Your Path

First 90 Days:



  • Get up to speed on internal quoting processes, tools, and policies
  • Build relationships with Sales, Channel Operations, and Order Management teams
  • Begin supporting quote validation and clearinghouse activities with guidance


Six Months:



  • Actively manage quote-to-cash workflows and resolve booking issues independently
  • Serve as a go-to resource for Sales teams on quoting tools and best practices
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to team efficiency initiatives


One Year:



  • Own cross-functional projects that improve operational performance
  • Drive scalable solutions across quoting and booking processes
  • Be recognized as a trusted partner to Sales and a subject matter expert in quoting operations
