  • Pay: $20.90 per hour
  • Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December
  • This is a Full Time Year Round position
  • This position is benefit eligible after the first 30 days of employment.
  • Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal/state codes (including NEC), insurance, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and testing on all equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
  • Maintain and ensure all buildings and grounds electrical equipment is operating properly, efficiently, and safely.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Support other departments (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, snowmaking, lifts, etc.) with electrical needs.
  • Maintain and repair high-voltage lines, switches, and transformers.
  • Record and document all maintenance activities accurately, including work orders and inventory use.
  • Monitor operations across facilities (housekeeping, bar, restaurant) and suggest improvements when needed.
  • Stay current through training, manuals, and professional communication with peers and sister resorts.
  • Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow all safety policies, including PPE usage and attendance at safety meetings.
  • Provide courteous, helpful service to guests and assist them or other staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent


Preferred Experience:

  • 2 years as an electrician with license, 1-year experience with 480 volt and 15,000 volt equipment
