Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you are responsible for end-to-end administrative support of various complexities, focused on providing creative and timely assistance to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and well-being of the supported Colleagues while also being aware of the priorities of a broader stakeholder group, e.g. CSTs /function/practice.
You will contribute to their success and enhanced Client experience by making judgement calls around conflicting priorities, translating needs into relevant actions and proactively flagging issues and suggesting solutions.
You will manage calendar and travel proactively, initiate problem solving and provide thought partnership to supported colleagues by building on an understanding of priorities and ability to translate them into relevant actions across multiple impact areas.
You will build effective and lasting relationships within the ecosystem of the supported colleague, e.g. leadership and relevant internal and external peer groups and leveraging these to deliver on daily tasks.
You will consistently produce well-organized, accurate deliverables; monitor your supported Colleague's inbox when necessary; and have end-to-end responsibility for a process and/or project, typically in scope of the role.
You will prioritize your own tasks without guidance and adapt new ways of working to drive efficiencies. Additionally, you will coordinate/lead activities of a small team of peers or more less experienced colleagues if needed.
Your responsibilities may include tasks related to accounting and expense administration and reconciliation, hours utilization and reporting, and familiarity with financial administration from processing expenses to scanning WIPs.
You will contribute to and shape a vibrant and collaborative community, e.g. coach, mentor and onboard junior colleagues and peers, actively participate in local and firm-wide initiatives. You will also collaborate with other Assistants and TL/Manager to provide backup coverage, and optimally use the available tools, swiftly adopting new tech/solutions.
You will contribute to continual improvement in use of tools by championing these within the community and providing feedback to colleagues responsible, etc.
Your role may also include tasks related to coordinating other set-up specific areas: e.g. office administration, recruiting, document management, cell admin support, vendor management, event planning, ad hoc support for data and contact management, support for people processes, planning and execution of major projects, etc.
Your Growth
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
