YOUR ROLE

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager on our team, you'll lead and expand Aptiv's global partnership ecosystem. This individual will drive strategic collaborations across product areas-including active safety, infotainment, connected services, and intelligent software platforms-to accelerate product innovation, customer adoption, and ecosystem reach

Your Role:

• Identify, assess, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with OEMs,
• Tier1s, Tier 2s, algorithm and AI software providers, semiconductor suppliers, and emerging technology companies.
• Drive cross-functional internal alignment across product, engineering,
• marketing, legal, and sales teams to support successful partnership execution
• Shape long-term partnership strategies around Audio, Interior Sensing,
• Android Automotive OS, software-defined vehicle architecture, vehicle
• connectivity, middleware components (e.g. OTA, containerization), and autonomous systems
• Track technology trends, adjacent markets, and new entrants to inform and
• update Aptiv's partnership roadmap
• Represent Aptiv in industry consortia, standards bodies, and at relevant global events to build visibility and credibility
• Create and deliver robust business cases that support executive decision making and partnership prioritization
• Ensure ongoing governance and performance tracking of strategic partnerships against defined KPIs

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA or

equivalent preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or partner management roles in high-tech, automotive, or mobility sectors
• Proven track record structuring and executing partnerships involving
• software platforms, embedded systems, or cloud-connected technologies
• In-depth understanding of automotive E/E architecture, infotainment technologies, middleware stacks, and ADAS/AV system requirements
• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence

across cultures and time zones

• High comfort operating in a matrixed and fast-evolving organization with

shifting priorities and high complexity
