Sourcer, Manufacturing

As a Sourcer for the Tesla Manufacturing Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and closing the best Manufacturing talent in the fields of Manufacturing Leadership, Construction and Technicians. You have a hands-on approach and bring along outstanding communication skills, good interviewing skills and detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques. Boolean is your second language. No matter how specialized and hard to find the role is, you'll amaze the hiring team by uncovering the perfect candidate match from the depth of the Internet or your professional networks. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging with top talent for our hiring teams.This role is 100% onsite at our Sparks, NV location.

• Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool; providing regular updates to recruiting partners and hiring managers
• Utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn or Indeed
• Conducting thorough candidate phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful in the Tesla environment
• Tracking candidate progress in our ATS and providing regular reporting to hiring managers
• Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

• At least 3 + years experience in high volume sourcing or recruiting with experience assessing technical talent in the fields of Manufacturing or similar environments
• Proficiency in traditional and unique sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks in addition to demonstrated ability to source 'beneath the surface' -- targeted sourcing campaigns, targeted networking, calling for names
• Understanding of organizational development - demonstrated ability to navigate within a matrix organization to identify and build excellent working relationships with both decision makers and with influential staff
• Ability to use data to drive decision making
