Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant Hospitalist Clinton Township Full Time Midnights

New APP position available at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital!.

• Provides inpatient medical care, with the supervision but not necessarily the presence of a qualified physician member of the medical staff, e.g.: Patient history, physical examination, ordering and interpreting tests, making diagnoses and instituting treatment plans.
• Provides inpatient consultation on internal medicine conditions and may unction as a critical team member on the hospital code team.
• In conjunction with the supervising physician conducts admission evaluations and assessments and provides inpatient medical coverage for community physicians as necessary.
• May be required to take call.
• Specific procedures within the Department of Medicine are individually credentialed as indicated by training and experience.
• 12hrs/ 13 shifts per month 6p-6a
