*CANNOT WORK C2C* *Position Overview* This role serves as a lead within the delivery organization, requiring thought leadership and oversight of small to midsized processes, products, and programs throughout the delivery lifecycle. The position involves tactical management of assigned projects, influencing timelines and expectations, and proactively negotiating within scope to achieve technology and business goals while managing overall risk to the organization.
*Responsibilities* *Delivery Execution* * Owns the complete delivery lifecycle for small to mid-sized efforts * Manages multiple low to moderately complex processes, programs, and products across various technology domains and business areas * Accountable for scope, roadmaps, budget, staffing, and impediment management for programs and BAU activities * Oversees development and execution of small to medium technology and enterprise programs * Leads cross-functional development from design to delivery * Aligns financials and resources to ensure delivery of key business outcomes * Monitors progress and performance, identifies risks and areas for improvement, and communicates recommendations to stakeholders *Delivery Operations & Vendor Management* * Supervises program-level financial forecasts and reconciliation * Collaborates with technology leaders to optimize vendor performance and resource alignment *Process & Standards* * Evaluates and streamlines workflows to improve operational efficiency * Implements best practices to enhance delivery speed and quality * Ensures compliance with SDLC, Agile, and project management standards * Drives standardization, governance, and best practices across the delivery organization *Skills* * Scrum * Project Management * Service Delivery * Jira * Agile Methodology * Solution Delivery * Implementation * PMP * SDLC * MS Project *Top Skills* * Scrum * Project Management * Service Delivery * Jira * Agile Methodology * Solution Delivery *Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Management * OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in Project Management *Preferred Education* * Bachelor's Degree *Preferred Experience Areas* * Software Development * Infrastructure * Vendor Management * Financial Institutions * Large Financial Institutions (LFI) *Preferred Certifications* * Project Management Certification * Certified Scrum Master * SAFe 6.0 Certification *Preferred Skills* * Oversight of technical implementations * Experience with technology transformation and product/application integration * Program management across multiple projects * Financial management of projects * Agile methodology and SDLC knowledge * Risk management and escalation strategies * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement * Experience with Treasury platforms/operations is a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
