Estimated annual base pay: $111,680.00 (minimum) - $139,600.00 (midpoint) - $167,520.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Contract Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you! This position has the primary responsibility of customer interface over contract life cycle, establishing contractual framework where applicable, and for the administration of claims management.

What you will be doing...

  • Manage smaller accounts or regions, owning the contract lifecycle from initiation and execution to renewal and termination, including make-whole requests and flow-down requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and organizational objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within contracts, aligning strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with existing contracts, managing customer claims and ensuring rights are upheld.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, understanding of commercial terms, industry standards, and Woodward markets and products.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to monitor processes, progress, and results.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships through strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills, including at the executive level.
  • Operate independently with self-motivation, adapting to diverse cultures and demonstrating effective listening and collaboration skills.
  • Some travel may be required.

What we are looking for...

Education:

  • US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

Experience:

  • Experience in commercial role, preferably in contract administration, commercial operations, and/or sales
  • Experience directly or indirectly leading teams
  • Experience in Aerospace industry
