MANAGER NCAA PARTNER ACTIVATION

Join adidas in shaping the future of sport through strategic partnerships with NCAA programs. As Manager of NCAA Partner Activation, you will lead the execution of brand initiatives across college athletics-bringing campaigns, product seeding, and retail programs to life. You'll manage relationships, budgets, and activations that connect adidas with athletes, fans, and communities across campuses nationwide.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



  • Manage day-to-day communication with NCAA partners, set annual objectives, and oversee Co-Marketing Budgets and on-campus programming
  • Lead brand activations aligned with key college sport moments and licensed product priorities in collaboration with brand communications
  • Serve as the connection point between internal teams and NCAA partners to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives
  • Analyze and report on Co-Marketing Budgets to support sound financial decisions and partner transparency
  • Support seasonal marketing calendar planning, including content development and integration of category and NIL priorities


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES



  • Deep understanding of college athletics and the surrounding culture
  • Proven ability to manage multiple external partnerships and build strong relationships
  • Experience in budget forecasting, analysis, and planning
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Three to five years of marketing or account management experience, preferably in sporting or consumer goods
  • Experience with NCAA or collegiate partnerships preferred

  • At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, OR.
