HR Coordinator General Info Location: Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. - Monroe, Ohio Salary Range : $60,000's annually Overview We are seeking a seasoned HR Coordinator to support a mid-sized federal contractor with multiple project and contract locations. This role will focus heavily on leave and accommodation administration (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, etc.), benefits administration, and overall compliance management. The HR Coordinator will also oversee the HRIS, annual open enrollment, reporting, and provide overall HR support across the sites, while directly supporting the Vice President of HR with various requests, projects, and day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of HR experience with strong working knowledge of leave laws and benefits administration, including FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and Workers' Compensation. Experience navigating compliance requirements, along with a detail -oriented and deadline-driven approach to managing HR operations.
