KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our International Office of General Counsel (IOGC) which is part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to approximately fourteen lawyers in the United States, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging meeting rooms, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expense reporting
  • Monitor functional mailboxes, triage incoming emails to ensure request is ready for legal review, and track the status of matters allocated to lawyers
  • Prepare and/or edit legal documents, presentations, meeting agendas, action items, and correspondence
  • Work with our global procurement team when IOGC is procuring software or services, making block hotel bookings for meetings, and engaging third-party facilitators and speakers for meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the world, including other KPMG International groups and suppliers
  • Coordinate and support special projects and events as needed
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a legal environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Significant experience in formatting and editing legal documents and presentations, with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Be highly committed to self-development, including learning AI technology such as Microsoft Copilot; experience with Coupa source-to-contract and Concur travel and expense applications preferred
