Starting Salary Range: $144,000 - $165,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

As our Automation Solutions Developer, you will:

• Build smarter processes - Design, develop, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Innovate with modern tools - Work with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python, and low-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner across the business - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze workflows, and create solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Empower others - Enable and govern citizen development by training business users, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement - Bring forward new ideas and approaches to keep our automation strategy innovative and effective.

To be a successful Automation Solutions Developer we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proven success working with automation technologies, such as:

• Experience using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) to map and improve workflows.
• A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations to connect systems and streamline operations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience, knowledge, and skills.
