Patient Liaison l Part-time & Full-time Openings Available

Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment? Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Liaison to support multiple departments-including the Emergency Room-across our Whitehall, Blair, and Independence clinic locations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Clinicians, Nurses, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling

• Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

• 8/9-hour shifts available between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, including rotating weekends

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
