What You Will Build and Drive

• Develop AI and generative intelligence on a broad scale by integrating AI services into Adobe Experience Platform to assess how large-scale models and generative intelligence affect real-time personalization and customer decision-making.
• Architect systems at massive scale - design distributed microservices that power identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time decisioning across billions of daily events.
• Engineer high-throughput data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, and Java to process petabytes of data with speed and reliability.
• Own projects end-to-end - from whiteboard to production - with the freedom to innovate and the accountability to deliver.
• Solve scaling challenges few companies face - optimizing for trillions of queries and experience activations each day.
• Collaborate across disciplines with product, design, and other engineering teams to craft customer-first, AI-driven solutions.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
