Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Design and implement BPM solutions for process simplification, case management and role-based applications Identify and articulate the risks during development deployment Coordinate and communicate with various teams Work on one or more end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementation (Design/ Develop/ Deploy/ Package) Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during project life cycles Work independently on assignments based on specific requirements Requirements: 5+ years of Appian UI hands-on experience in development, configuration, debug, unit test and documentation Expertise in designing and implementing BPM solutions for process simplification, case management and role based applications Exceptional knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian, etc. Experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports and Deployment, etc. Expertise in business Integration deployment and human task management using Appian 18 higher versions Ability to do root cause analysis on production issues reported by business users Experience with database design Expertise in using CI\CD Pipeline for Appian Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
