Maintenance Technician #25-1031 Chicago, Illinois, United States Full-Time / Part-Time Full-Time Career Level Entry Level Job Description Switchcraft is a U.S. manufacturer of connectors, jacks, plugs, molded cable assemblies, patchbays, and switches. Our products are used in a wide variety of industries including medical, GPS, process control, transportation, homeland security, broadcast and pro audio. We currently have an opening for an experienced Customer Service representative at our Chicago office. Switchcraft is currently looking for a Maintenance Mechanic. A Maintenance Mechanic must repair and maintain all machinery, plumbing, physical structures and lights, electric wiring and fixes in accordance with blue prints, manuals, and building codes. This person must inspect machinery and mechanical equipment for defects. Dismantles machines or equipment to gain access to defective parts and repairs them using tools as needed.
