Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Requirements: Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including DataWeave scripting, API-led connectivity, and RAML/OpenAPI specifications Strong knowledge of Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA, for building robust backend services and microservices Expertise in API lifecycle management, including designing RESTful APIs, implementing security (OAuth, JWT) Experience with enterprise integration patterns, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and middleware solutions for connecting disparate systems Advanced skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code and integrations, with a focus on scalability and performance Desired skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong skills in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts Flexibility to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies in a fast-paced environment Proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues with innovative solutions Pay range: $58.26 - $66.26 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
