      Academic Achievement and Enrichment Job Description
      The Program Manager supports the daily operations of academic achievement and enrichment. This role manages the honors program, undergraduate research, and experiential learning requirements and provides information to students who are interested in applying for prestigious awards, scholarships, and fellowships. The Program Manager provides crucial support to academic achievement and enrichment in alignment with institutional goals for student retention and graduation rates, using data-informed practices to drive continuous improvement. This role manages important aspects of academic enrichment, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust within academic achievement and enrichment and across campus to ensure a cohesive and student-centered approach to academic enrichment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
 Shift
      Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm; Some evenings and weekends Minimum Qualifications
      A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
      
 Anticipated Hiring Range
      The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $52,916-$60,000 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
