As a Project Manager II, you are responsible for managing a project of moderate visibility and complexity. This role can be leveraged in a Control Account Manager capacity on a larger program with many deliverables or be inward facing or assigned to a more complex internal program. Under the general supervision of either a portfolio manager or a program manager, this position oversees multiple projects or one larger project. In addition to the duties of a project manager I, the project manager II is responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing the schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. The position may communicate with a senior project manager, functional area manager, or program manager regarding the status of specific projects. You will develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables; identify needed resources for projects; and interface with internal and external customers or field-based employees on technical matters as needed. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: proposal development, planning, scope, definition, design, execution, delivery, and project closeout. You will track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports to stakeholders. The Project Manager will need to be agile and flexible, as changes will be certain and frequent.
For this role your focus will be on the manufacturing and production aspects of projects. You will coordinate between engineering, management, and production teams to execute production projects efficiently and effectively. You may need to be present in multiple office and production locations throughout the week, primarily located in Lone Tree and Colorado Springs. This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs. Estimated Starting Salary Range: $108,496.89 - $149,183.22. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
