Overview

The Contact Center Scheduling Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing call trends, volume, and productivity in order to predict staffing needs. Maintain and process scheduling data for operation analysis, and scheduling changes to meet staffing needs. This position will work closely with operations management.

Role Requirements

  • Associate's degree and two (2) years of experience in contact center or related services; may substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One (1) year of experience in workforce management or call center analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel creating formulas, pivot tables, using macros, creating graphs and producing reports with a large volume of data.
  • Experience presenting reports, forecasts, trends and recommendations to the team and management in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Must be physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.

Compensation:

Compensation range for this position is $23.2673 - $26.8308 per hour.
