Project Manager Sr.

Location: Washington, DC - Remote

Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizen, eligible for Public Trust or higher

Salary/hourly pay range: $165k - $175k

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager that will work closely with teammates to create a collaborative work environment and meet the expectations of our government client. This role is 100% remote, unless specifically called to attend a meeting at the customer's site.

What You'll Do



  • Provides technical and personnel management to technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines such as engineering, application program and systems development.
  • Is responsible for the overall, day-to-day management of a specific task order or group of task orders affecting the same or related/interdependent systems.
  • Schedules and assigns work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitors progress and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements.
  • Ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.



What We're Looking For



  • BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent, project management (PMP or FAC/PPM) equivalent certification)
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience, 4 of which must be in a supervisory role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or under general direction.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • U.S. Citizen. Eligible for a Public Trust clearance.



Preferred Skills & Certifications



  • Prior experience supporting federal government environments.
