Sr. Manager, Business Systems Architect

The Sr. Manager, Business Systems Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Cytek Biosciences' enterprise applications. This position requires deep expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, and MuleSoft, ensuring seamless integration, efficient business processes, and scalable architecture. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to drive digital transformation initiatives and support the company's strategic goals.

• Architect and Design Solutions - Lead the architecture, design, and integration of NetSuite, Salesforce, and various business applications to support business operations and scalability.
• Business Process Optimization - Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices, optimizing workflows across finance, sales, operations, and supply chain functions.
• Integration Management - Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between various business systems using MuleSoft.
• Technical Leadership - Provide technical leadership on system implementation, enhancements, and integration projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Security & Compliance - Ensure compliance with SOX ITGC controls, data governance, and industry best practices for enterprise applications.
• System Administration & Support - Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Documentation & Training - Develop technical documentation, conduct training sessions.
• Management - Coach and manage team members.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business systems architecture, with expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, and MuleSoft (or transferrable middleware experience).
• 5+ years of experience in managing an IT team.
• Experience in enterprise application integration (EAI), API management, and middleware solutions.
• Strong understanding of finance, sales, supply chain, and ERP processes.
• Experience in SOX-compliant environments and working with IT General Controls.

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in NetSuite ERP architecture, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and/or API-led connectivity engines.
• Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, ETL tools).
