Overview Omni Raleigh Job Description Assistant Project Manager - Development/Construction The Development/Construction Asst Project Manager will act as the Owner's Representative and be responsible for assisting with construction projects including management of design, construction, RFP's, RFQ's, contracts, the construction life cycle, and warranty management. The project manager will be your direct report and provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards. The project manager's responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all areas of project management such as Project Planning, Cost Management, Schedule Management, Design Management, Quality Management and Safety Management. This role is primarily based onsite at the Omni Raleigh project in Raleigh, NC. Omni Hotels & Resorts, with nearly 60 luxury properties across North America, is a luxury hotel brand known for its exceptional quality, award-winning service and vibrant culture. Responsibilities * Successfully assist on the Omni Raleigh construction project from start to finish (3 year project starting in Q2 2026) Qualifications * Entry Level; Experience is a plus.
