OverviewThe Microsoft Windows + Devices organization is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager, focused on Employee Experiences.The Windows + Devices (W+D) organization is responsible for strategy, design, and delivery of the Windows consumer and commercial products, across the full stack of silicon, devices, platform, OS, apps, experiences, security, management, and the cloud. The organization also includes the supply chain and manufacturing of Microsoft hardware, including Microsoft Surface and Xbox.The Windows + Devices Central Team enables leaders and employees to maximize their ability to successfully achieve our culture and business objectives. ResponsibilitiesLead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of employee experience programs, including learning, manager excellence, culture, onboarding, and major morale events.Build partnerships with W+D Leadership, Chiefs of Staff, HR, employee community and culture initiative leaders, and business management communities to align on priorities, drive adoption, and ensure program success.Oversee central budget planning and execution for employee experience initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and agility in response to evolving needs.Define and track success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., Employee sentiment survey results, program OKRs) to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.Lead culture initiatives that foster inclusion, psychological safety, and a sense of belonging.Develop and execute communication plans to promote programs, share results, and drive engagement.Apply a growth mindset, seek feedback, and iterate on programs to maximize impact and scale best practices.Embody ourCultureandValues |
