ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across IC3 Messaging, including planning, execution, and cross-team coordination.Engineering Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, prioritize workstreams, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with product managers, architects, and business operations to align priorities and communicate program status and risks.Data-Driven Execution: Use telemetry, incident analysis, and service dashboards to inform decisions and improve operational excellence. | |
