Summary: This leader will serve as the strategic owner of technical architecture, engineering vision, and delivery execution for minimum viable products (MVPs) within a diverse portfolio of new ventures. They will be responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end technology strategy, ensuring that solutions are designed with scalability, resilience, and compliance in mind from inception. Acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, this leader will shape engineering practices, set technical standards, and orchestrate delivery roadmaps that balance speed-to-market with long-term sustainability. Through their guidance, the organization will establish a disciplined approach to technical feasibility assessments, integration readiness, and regulatory alignment, enabling each venture to move confidently from concept through commercialization. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
