We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our Group and play a vital role in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in our production processes. We're seeking a motivated individual who can follow processes, maintain high-quality standards, and work collaboratively with a team to drive production success.. Which tasks will you perform? You will:
- Operate machines and equipment in accordance with production standards.
- Perform visual inspections and functional testing to ensure quality.
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate machine or process issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality results using SAP and other systems.
- Promote safety and follow TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) processes.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and reporting quality or process issues.

- Identifies with assigned work and is self-motivated
- Able to use hand tools, power tools and operate machines
- Must be able to read, write, and speak effectively
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, a bill of material, short correspondence, and memos
- Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess basic math skills including addition, subtraction, units of measurement, and unit conversion
- Ability to read basic blueprints and operate various hand and power tools
- High School Diploma or GED
