We are looking for a Master Data Specialist, Installed Based Adminstrator to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow. Your role As the Mastter Data Specialist, Installed Base your mission is to ensure accuracy of the status and categories of Quincy branded and competitive equipment in the field. You will report to the Master Data Manager. You will * Ensure that installed equipment data is accurate, paying special attention to the correct parameters. * Participate in monthly sales meetings and provide training and support as requested by regions. * Be the primary point of contact for installed base questions and concerns with reporting. * Collaborate with divisional colleagues on installed base management best practices. Develop and implement improvements as needed. * Train direct teams in the importance of proper installed base management. Communicate the downstream impacts and challenges of poor installed base management. Develop training and tools to minimize issues. * Identify and leverage installed base data to propose sales campaigns to drive revenue and overall installed base health. * Provide Admin support for remote monitoring.
