Sr Project Manager (Hybrid in Naperville, IL)

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Sr Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Naperville, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans with clear scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• 
  
  Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams. Mentor junior project managers and team members, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts

  Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor issues and obstacles, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find solutions
  
  
• 
  
  Establish clear communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide regular status updates and manage expectations effectively

  Oversee financial aspects of the project and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, for optimal efficiency
  
  
• 
  
  Set and maintain quality standards for project deliverables and ensure compliance with industry best practices
  
  
• Ensure the project's goals and outcomes support the organization's overall strategic objectives

Requirements:

• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
• Deep knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities and challenges
• Solid understanding of project management tools and technologies
• Ability to guide and develop junior project staff
• 12+ Month Contract (tenure limit is 24 months)
• Hybrid in Naperville, IL. (2 days per week)
• Must be US Citizen
• Looking to start asap
• 40 Hours per week
