You are looking for a position on the night shift where you can use your leadership experience to ensure the hospital runs effectively and efficiently for the patients we serve and the staff who are here to take care of them. You use your own personal style and are empowered to help your staff care for their patients, while delivering superior quality care. You like a challenge and the satisfaction of working with other professionals to get patients the help they need.

About what you'll get to do:

Registered Nurses (RNs) at Peachford deliver quality nursing care to patients with varying psychiatric, behavioral health and addictive disease diagnoses, ensuring their safety and care. The Night Shift House Supervisor (RN) is responsible for ensuring hospital functions according to plan and process. The House Supervisor assists staff with questions, responds to crisis situations and reviews staffing requirements - making necessary adjustments when needed. The House Supervisor seeks guidance from senior nursing leadership when major issues arise and communicates with physicians as required. And above all else, the House Supervisor pledges to keep our patients safe.

About the shift:

The Night Shift House Supervisor works Monday through Thursday from 10:45p to 7:15a.

Qualifications

About what is required for this role:

A valid State of Georgia Nursing (RN) (Registered Nurse) License or eNLC License from a participating state is required. At least two years of nursing experience is required as is previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience. Prior Charge Nurse or other nursing leadership experience is preferred.
