What You'll Do As a Talent Partner, you'll take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles stystemwide. You'll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to identify top talent, promote our employer brand, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience from start to finish. Your core responsibilities will include: Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates aligned with Mercyhealth's mission and culture Building strong partnerships with leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce goals Representing Mercyhealth with professionalism, integrity, and a people-first mindset Contributing to initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, and workforce development Job Responsibilities

Special Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to sit, handle, finger, feel, talk, and hear.
