8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) Hybrid

Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $113,740-$150,647.20, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Are you a strategic thinker with deep ERP expertise and a passion for leading cross-functional initiatives? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems across the enterprise. This role provides functional and technical leadership for ERP platforms, driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle ERP modules to meet advanced business needs.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules including:

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Inventory Management

Manufacturing

Fixed Assets

General Ledger

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document current and future state processes and systems for high-complexity initiatives.
  • Define and standardize business processes across IT and business teams for requirements gathering, technical specifications, and wireframing.
  • Guide and mentor analysts in process mapping, mock-ups, and wireframe development.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations for ERP and IT solutions that align with enterprise goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Manage medium to large-scale projects end-to-end, including planning, development, deployment, testing, and closure.
  • Facilitate Agile/Iterative practices such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide input into program-level strategic roadmaps and long-term planning.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and priorities to leadership and business partners.
  • Define standards and lead the creation of end-user training documentation and delivery.
  • Promote collaboration across IT, business units, and external partners to ensure successful integration and adoption.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7-10 years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP configuration, or IT project leadership.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on configuration experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP platforms.
  • Experience with master data management practices and ERP-related reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project).
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma for process mapping and wireframes.
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle-related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle E-Business Suite Essentials certification or comparable.
  • CCBA, CSBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, or SCRUM Master certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or other cloud-based ERP platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for team collaboration and business partnerships.
