Implements the highest corporate governance standards and structure. Provides leadership on corporate compliance initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Juris Doctorate Degree and admission to the Tennessee Bar. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Significant related experience as an attorney with substantial experience in general corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, executive and employee benefits. Demonstrably successful management experience. Strong management, negotiation and communications skills. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
