Product Owner, Global Contract Management Platform

As the Global Contract Management Platform Product Owner, you will execute upon the vision and strategy of the global contract management solution that enables commercial agility and drives profitable growth. This role will serve as the voice of the customer and business stakeholders, translating business needs into a product roadmap and backlog for a standardized global contract management tool across the Automotive Refinish regions.

The Product Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial Excellence-to ensure the platform delivers measurable business value, improves contract lifecycle efficiency, and supports data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive PPG Business Stakeholders and Global Functional Commercial Excellence Leaders in the global refinish organization to achieve business objectives and goals
• Lead contract management activities, ensuring global process alignment, execution, and monitoring
• Implement and enforce contract policies across regions, ensuring consistent adoption
• Continue developing, executing, and implementing the global contract management tool
• Lead contract governance across the region by assessing objectives, providing transparency, monitoring and reporting
• Drive and facilitate best practice sharing and training among business users.
• Own contract processes to proactively identify and eliminate profit leakages and maximize business value.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Business, Sales, Finance, or IT supporting sales team operations through change management, platform/product ownership, process improvement, strategic roadmap execution, management, or growth/sustainment.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role managing digital tools or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
