Position Summary Functions as the Front Desk Receptionist along with providing administrative support with regards to the onboarding of volunteers and Volunteer Resources programs. Education High School Required; Bachelor is Preferred Experience Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience required. Project management and administrative experience required. Skills Computer skills required. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and database software (i.e. Word, Excel, talent management systems, etc.). Good organizational, communication, and interaction skills. Ability to perform work accurately and pay attention to details. Ability to function competently and maintain composure during stressful situations and changing work environment related to changing departmental needs. Ability to utilize effective time management to set priorities and perform job related responsibilities. Ability to effectively problem-solve.
