  • Write the next chapter of growth for the Pacific Barista Series, the original plant-based beverages crafted for coffee professionals.
  • Immerse yourself in the Specialty Coffee community, leveraging Pacific's long-standing membership with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) since 2004.
  • Drive innovation and equity in a fast-growing Foodservice business unit within Campbell's.

What you will do...

  • Human Centricity
    • Use tools and insights to understand Foodservice operators and consumers in Away-from-Home occasions.
    • Focus on Specialty Coffee segment and translate insights into actionable strategies and KPIs.
  • Brand and Segment Strategy
    • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth for the Pacific brand, especially Barista Series.
    • Evolve brand positioning and ensure consistent execution across touchpoints.
    • Collaborate closely with Campbell's Foodservice Sales and Specialty Coffee industry partners.
  • General Management
    • Lead Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Planning, and monthly demand planning.
    • Manage commercialization from concept to launch.
    • Own the full P&L.
  • Innovation
    • Identify and test new growth spaces.
    • Drive innovation and continuity projects through commercialization and stage gate processes.
    • Own launch plans and track in-market KPIs.
  • Integrated Communications
    • Enhance long-term brand equity through advertising and activation campaigns.
    • Partner with agencies to develop and execute creative ideas.
    • Amplify Specialty Coffee partnerships and communicate plans internally through compelling storytelling.
  • People Leadership
    • Manage and develop one Associate Brand Manager.

Who you will work with...

  • Cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies.
  • Directly manage one Associate Brand Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Specialty Coffee community and Foodservice customers.

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience, ideally in Brand Management.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Empathy for Sales and customer needs in a B2B environment.
  • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Curiosity and a learning mindset.
  • Bias for action and challenging the status quo.
  • Passion for food & beverage.

It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Foodservice and/or Specialty Coffee.
  • Familiarity with the Specialty Coffee Association or similar industry groups.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$137,000-$197,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
