The Director, Commercial Training supports the commercial organization by leading the strategy and execution of our training programs in collaboration with marketing, sales, market access and medical affairs. This is a home-office based position and requires an individual that has established leadership and management experience, developed training and learning platforms, strong vendor management capabilities and exceptional collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams. The key responsibilities for the role are: 1) Strategic oversight and of training related to clinical fluency and soft skill development, 2) Tactical leadership of training execution 3) Development of new training curricula with a particular focus on Puma's commercial product, NELRYNX (neratininb) indicated for women with HER2+ early stage breast cancer following trastuzumab-based therapy. Work is performed in an office environment. 20-25% Travel is required Compensation Range The base compensation range for this position is $220k - $250k per year, higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience. At Puma Biotechnology, we offer an attractive compensation package to our team members. Any offer would include a competitive base salary (estimate shared above), an annual incentive bonus with a target of 20% of base salary, and a robust benefits package.
