Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Electric Operations Construction Management is responsible for the construction, project and contract management of PG&E's electric distribution overhead and underground facilities. Position Summary We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Sr. Manager to lead our Cost and Analytics team, a key function responsible for delivering enterprise reporting and insights into electric capital construction and maintenance projects across our service territory. This high-impact team includes Data Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers, DBAs, and Visualization Designers. As Sr Manager, you will drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of data and reporting functions across the organization. You will be accountable for designing and scaling robust reporting ecosystems that ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of critical information. Your leadership will be instrumental in advancing data governance, establishing unified reporting frameworks, and enabling timely, data-informed decision-making at all levels. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing organizational affordability, reducing redundancy, and maximizing the value of our data assets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, and Executive Leadership to align analytics efforts with strategic priorities and ensure that insights are actionable, forward-looking, and impactful. Disclosure: PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of thejob posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Pay Range:
