Job Description Summary The Neuroscience Disease Area within Biomedical Research at Novartis is a global research organization striving to develop impactful medicines for people living with severe neurological diseases. We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join the Neuroscience DA in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This hands-on position will be to support project teams working on new therapies for neurodegeneration indications through the development of ex vivo models and evaluation of functional endpoints via electrophysiological and immunohistochemical studies. The salary for this position is expected to range between $85,000 and $158,000 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
