Bilingual Credit Administrator (English/French)

We are currently seeking Credit Administrator to join our customer service and credit team to support our U.S. and French speaking Canadian business partners internally and externally. This team-oriented position makes business to business calls to inquire about past due balances, identifies problems and provides creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and written responses to inquiries concerning account balances
• Corresponds with customers and sales representatives and consults with various internal departments to provide solutions
• Place outbound calls to our business partners regarding past due balances
• Reconcile business accounts and problem solve
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients

Key Requirements:

• Bi-lingual in French/English
• 1-3 years of customer service experience with a stable work history
• High School degree or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must type 35 wpm and be customer service minded
