Part-Time Bilingual Greeter

SUMMARY

Responsible for greeting clients at retail and kiosk locations and performing additional clerical work and customer service. Helps clients complete forms and applications to begin the screening process.

Hours: 2 pm-7 pm Tuesday through Friday; 10 am-4 pm Saturday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets all clients pleasantly and with courtesy;

Manages all communications with customers and escalates complex issues to the manager;

Provides optimal level of client services and maintains professionalism to resolve all client issues;

Maintains a clean and welcoming environment;

Assists with administrative tasks;

Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, required

Less than 1 year of related work experience, required

Bilingual (English and Spanish), required

Strong multitasking skills

Ability to work independently
