Position Summary:
We are seeking an Account Executive at IMAGINiT responsible for converting both company-provided and self-generated prospects into high-value customer accounts across North America. This role is uniquely positioned to expand our client base and revenue around IMAGINiT FormsConnected. This role requires a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with inbound leads and self-generated prospects.
  • Understand the full sales cycle and engage with decision-makers to build a persuasive ROI for purchasing FormsConnected.
  • Establish a strong presence within target verticals and maintain a network of industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to tailor solutions to customer needs and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Manage a broad pipeline while selling renewable service agreements.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and business expertise to match solutions to customer needs.
  • Differentiate IMAGINiT from competitors using creativity and ingenuity.
  • Increase IMAGINiT visibility in the industry by attending networking events, using social media, referrals, etc...

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a startup environment, preferably within a full-cycle sales team in a SaaS or mobile software company.
  • Passion for emerging technology and helping businesses adopt mobile-first solutions.
  • Expertise with a blend of Product Lead Growth (PLG) and Sales Lead Growth (SLG) strategies
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and other business software for planning and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand the FormsConnected platform and competitor platforms.
  • Positive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieving or exceeding set revenue quotas.
  • Maintaining pipeline coverage of 5x the quota.
  • Growing key new logo revenue annually.

Travel:

  • 20-25% annually

Compensation:

  • Year 1 Total Compensation (base salary + commissions)
  • Base $65,000-$75,000 ($140,000+)
