Records and Knowledge Manager The Opportunity: As a digital transformation professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvements is crucial for your client's future. You're eager to apply your experience and information management knowledge to develop creative solutions. We're looking for someone like you to apply your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions. As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you'll be trusted to apply technical expertise to support a DoD organization with records and information management. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to develop and contribute to business processes to ensure the organization safeguards the security and integrity of all records. You will apply digital knowledge management expertise to implement records and information management strategies in support of the organization's Command Records Manager, at a time of transformative change driven by artificial intelligence and other technologies. In this role, you'll directly impact a DoD organization's records management processes by collaborating with stakeholders to govern cross-organizational data sharing and integration among enterprise systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy wherever data resides. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
