Job Description:
*The assembler will have the responsibility of visual sorting and packing non-conforming parts.
*Maintaining quality will be an important function and meeting Must be able to utilize equipment (assembly machine, vision system, inspection gages) production schedules to achieve manufacturing
*Must be able to lift up to 35lbs Must be able to follow work instructions objectives.
*Must be able to learn/utilize onsite system (PLEX) and complete transactions (printing of label) Printing labels, machine operation, measuring tools
*Assemble, test and inspect parts/components Utilize various machines and measurement/calibration tools for fulfill duties
*Utilize of onsite software (PLEX) for inventory transactions
*Adhere to onsite quality processes and controls
*Meet & Adhere to all policies and procedures (safety, attendance, etc.)
*Perform and follow 5S processes and procedures
