Title - Sourcing Specialist

Duration: 6 Months

Location - Elma NY (Remote)

Working Hours - (Part time - anytime between 7:00am to 3:00pm)

Note: Client is willing to work around schedules, as this is a part-time position, provided the candidate is available during regular business hours.


Summary

  • As the strategic sourcing professional, you will work closely with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies by utilizing online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other resources to identify potential candidates. Additionally, you will also use advanced search techniques and tools to find passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or 3 years equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or strategic sourcing is typically required.
  • This could include experience in conducting research, utilizing sourcing techniques, and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Strong research and analytical skills are essential for effectively identifying and attracting top talent.
  • The ability to gather and analyze data, as well as make data driven recommendations for improvement, is crucial in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with potential candidates and collaborating with recruiters.
  • The strategic sourcing professional should be able to effectively communicate job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to attract and engage candidates.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Use advanced search techniques and tools to find passive candidates.
  • Engage with potential candidates through email or social media messages.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that ongoing meetings occur with the global community of practice and
  • meeting minutes are documented.
  • Complete ad hoc assignments from the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
