SS119 Senior Engineer ADNET Systems, Inc. is looking for a Senior Engineer to support the Planetary Magnetospheres Lab at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. The candidate will support and develop the next generation of flight magnetometers. Required skills/experience: Development and assembly of flight hardware, flight cables and harnesses, control electronics, field work instrumentation, and test fixtures. Qualified as ESD supervisor to maintain flight certification of Lab benches and monitoring systems. Installation of flight hardware on spacecraft in a clean room environment. Testing of flight hardware, including vibration, thermal vacuum, electromagnetic interference/compatibility, magnetic screening, and bench testing. Magnetic screening of spacecraft and associated equipment in clean room environment. Rapid prototyping through 3D printing and Solid Works development. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (LPR) required, with US residency for the past 3 consecutive years. Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 Investigation through NASA.
